However, even if we take action, such as removing posted content or keeping a user off tenant-rights.uk, we do not accept any liability for monitoring tenant-rights.uk for unauthorized or unlawful content by users. If your posting is misleading or false, we reserve the right to transfer your personal details and IP address to the aggrieved third-party, a representative or any law enforcement agency.
